ACOW is a group of people of all ages and all kinds who join together to worship Jesus Christ our Lord. Our heartbeat is to launch into a deeper relationship with our Creator.
We are constantly striving for more of God's love manifested in our lives. Our services reflect this endeavor as we aim to create an uplifting atmosphere where souls are encouraged and hope is restored!
Something that you will hear often from the pulpit at ACOW is “God is Good’ followed by an immediate response from the pews ” All the Time”. Psalms 100:5 ” For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.”
God hits the mark all the time, every time! “With God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26 There is NOTHING to hard for our God; not a need to great, a sickness to severe, or a problem to tough. Our congregation is a living witness of deliverances, healings, miracles and divine interventions.
God is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the one true God. He has revealed Himself to us as the Father (Creator), the Son (Savior), and the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit). Isaiah 9:6 “…his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”
Water baptism, in the Name of Jesus Christ, give us a new identity, washes away our sins and applies the blood of Jesus to our lives. Romans 6:3-6 “…Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life…”
The best thing that could ever happen to us is receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 1:8 “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you…” We experience the power of God by the manifestation of His Spirit. Through His Spirit within us God gives us the power to live a victorious life. 1 John 5:4-5
